The order concerns the supply of incontinence material to:

• WZC Ter Schelde, campus Sint-Amands, Kouterpark 25 in 2890 Puurs-Sint-Amands - managed by Zorgbedrijf Klein-Brabant, Palingstraat 44 in 2870 Puurs-Sint-Amands

• WZC Sint-Pieter, campus Puurs, Palingstraat 44 in 2870 Puurs-Sint-Amands - managed by Zorgbedrijf Klein-Brabant, Palingstraat 44 in 2870 Puurs-Sint-Amands

• WZC Den Beuk, Jozef Van Cleemputplein 1 in 2850 Boom - is managed by OCMW Boom, Jozef Van Cleemputplein 1 in 2850 Boom

• WZC Paradijs, Transvaalstraat 44 in 2500 Lier - is managed by Stadsbestuur Lier, Paradeplein 2 bus 1 in 2500 Lier

Additional information regarding this contract may be requested up to 14 days before the tender deadline.

The contract aims at the services as described in the technical provisions.

Following the procedure does not imply any obligation to assign the assignment. The contracting authority may both refrain from awarding the contract and restart the procedure, if necessary in another way.

The award is made to one tenderer.

The board can unilaterally terminate the current contract by sending a registered letter to the contractor no later than two months before the annual due date. In the event of premature termination of the contract in accordance with the above-mentioned procedure, neither party can claim any compensation of any kind.
