The subject of the contract is the delivery of computer devices with accessories and office software.

2. The Contracting Authority informs that the contract is implemented as part of the "Digital Municipality" grant project, financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Programme Digital Poland for the years 2014 – 2020.

3. The Contracting Authority shall allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders. The Contractor may submit a bid for any number of parts. The tender must cover the entire scope of the subject of the contract for a given lot.

4. The order is divided into two parts:

1) Part 1 – supply of computer equipment with accessories;

2) Part 2 – delivery of 60 pcs. office software licenses;

The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Appendix No. 2a (for part 1)

The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Appendix No. 2b (for part 2) to the SWZ.
