The contracting authority Nye Veier AS (henceforth referred to as ‘Nye Veier’) invites to a tender contest for the procurement of insurances for construction projects. Nye Veier is a limited company wholly owned by the Ministry of Transport and Communications. The company's tasks include the planning, construction, operation and maintenance of important main roads. The company has been granted a start-up portfolio for eight road stretches. The preliminary cost estimate for the start-up portfolio is approx. NOK 130 billions in 2015-NOK. Nye Veier wishes to enter into a Framework agreement with one service provider for Builder controlled (owner controlled) project insurances.
