This framework contract is for finishing and structural works and installation of equipment in office buildings, with products and methods that take environmental objectives into consideration.
The services envisaged are the following, with products and methods that take environmental objectives into consideration:
—finishing works for buildings (painting, partitioning, false ceilings, joinery, flooring, etc.);
— structural works (roofing, exterior joinery, structure, improvement of energy performance, etc.);
— maintenance works for finishing and structural elements of buildings (alterations and repairs to interior and exterior construction elements, cleaning of facades and roofs);
—maintenance works for equipment (interior and exterior blinds, signage, name plates);
— any other works in these areas which may be necessary for the implementation of the contracting authority’s property strategy;
— specific maintenance works to be carried out on a time and means basis, which, due to their particularity or their low activity volume, are not carried out on a fixed price basis (painting, joinery and partitioning, masonry/demolition, small repairs to the roofs and maintenance and repair of exterior and interior blinds).
Regarding the environmental objectives, the contracting authority will impose the choice of materials which have positive parameters for the environment, such as, for example, materials with ecolabels and/or with the ‘cradle to cradle’ certification in the field of the circular economy. In addition, the contractor must comply with the environmental charter relating to environmental management applicable by companies on the contracting authority's sites, which will form part of the contract documents.
