The object of the contract is the collection and development of non-segregated and segregated municipal waste arising in the territory of the City of Garwolina in Sector I, i.e. from properties in multi-scale development on which residents reside and properties which are in part properties on which residents reside, and in the part of the property on which residents do not reside, together with waste management in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, according to the records Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (OJ 2021.888), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2024 and the provisions of the Garwolin City Council Resolution Nr IV/93/2019 of 15 October 2019 on the Rules of Procedure maintenance of cleanliness and order on the territory of the City of Garwolina, Resolution of the City Council of Garwolina Nr IV/94/2019 of October 15, 2019 on determining the detailed manner and scope of provision of services in the field of receiving municipal waste from property owners, Resolution of the City Council Garwoline XXXI/167/2020 of September 11, 2020 on determining the division of the City of Garwolin into sectors to organize the collection of municipal waste from property owners.

The object of the order is the collection and development of biowaste arising in the area of Garwolina City in Sector I, i.e. from properties in multi-scale development on which residents reside and properties which are in part of the property where the inhabitants reside and in parts of the property on which residents do not reside, together with the development of waste, in a way that reduces the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in gminach (Journal of Laws 2021.888), the records of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2024 and the provisions of the Garwolina City Council Resolution Nr IV/93/2019 of 15 October 2019 on the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the City of Garwolina, Resolution Garwolina City Council No IV/94/2019 of October 15, 2019 on determining the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services for the reception of municipal waste from property owners, Resolution of the Garwolina City Council XXXI/167/2020 of September 11, 2020 on determine the division of the City of Garwolin into sectors in order to organize the collection of municipal waste from property owners.

The object of the contract is the organization and operation of the Selective Collective of Municipal Waste in Sector I, together with their development, hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”, i.e. from properties in multi-scale development where residents reside and properties which in part are the properties on which the inhabitants reside, and in the part of the property on which the inhabitants do not reside. The location of the PSZOK on the territory of the city or in the area within a distance of not more than 5 km from the administrative boundaries of the city, on property owned by the Contractor or on which the Contractor holds legal title at the date of submission of the offer and at least for the period of service (e.g. perpetual use, lease contract, lease, use).
