The subject of the order is 3D Printer Delivery for the needs of the Institute of Agrophysics B. Dobrzański Polish Academy of Sciences in Lublin.

A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex 1 to this ToR.

Source of financing - Project "Mobile injection system, precise irrigation and fertilization, meeting individual needs of plants" (acronym: MSINiN) (Contract No.: BIOSTRATEG3 / 343547/8 / NCBR / 2017).

1. The working field in each of the dimensions is not less than 22x22x28 cm

2. Filament drying system (filament served in the chamber)

3. Fully enclosed construction (keeping the temperature constant in the chamber)

4. Heated work table to a minimum of 110 about C

5. Automatic positioning of the work table

6. Accurate and actual positioning in the Z axis below 1 micrometer and X, Y axes below 3.5 micrometers

7. Print layers resolution at least in the range of 100-400 micrometers

8. The ability to work with nozzles in the range of at least 0.25-0.8 mm

9. Table suitable for printing heavy models supported by at least 4 supports and with at least two ball screws

10. Open system of filaments (the ability to print from any type of filament, both in terms of type and manufacturer)

11. The printer should support at least filaments: ABS, ASA, PLA, PEEK, PET-G, Laywood, Laybrick

12. Two-head printer with the possibility of simultaneous printing of two filaments with a diameter of 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm

13. At least one of the nozzles is heated to a minimum temperature of 500 about C, with a thermocouple temperature sensor

14. Touch display with a menu in Polish

15. Support for SD cards

16. Printer control software (supported by operating systems: Windows, Linux, owned by the Ordering Party)
