1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 5G OpenRAN data transmission devices for the PL-5G project, in accordance with Annex 4 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 5G OpenRAN data transmission equipment for the PL-5G project in accordance with the following specifications:

1/ Digital data transmission device type 5G OpenRAN type A with accessories - pcs. 1,

2/ 5G OpenRAN type B digital data transmission device with accessories - pcs. 2,

3/5G OpenRAN type C digital data transmission device with hardware - pcs. 1,

4/5G OpenRAN type D digital data transmission device with accessories - pcs. 1,

5/ USIM programmer with USIM cards - pcs.9,

6/5G EU Client Data Transmission Device - pcs. 25,

7/Time synchronization device - pcs. 1.

2. The subject of the contract will be carried out for the ordering party and entities receiving:

Task No. 1: Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics (PG) with its registered office in (80-233) Gdańsk at 11/12 Narutowicza Street, building No. 41,

Task No. 2: Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center, with its registered office in (61-704) Poznań at 12/14 Noskowskiego Street, correspondence address: Jana Pawła II 10, 61-139 Poznań,

Task No. 3: Warsaw University of Technology (PW), based in (00-661) Warsaw at 1 Politechniki Square

Task No. 4: Wrocław University of Technology (PWr), based in (50-370) Wrocław at 27 Wybrzeże Stanisława Wyspiańskiego

Task No. 5: AGH University of Science and Technology (AGH), based in (30-059) at Al. Mickiewicza 30

3. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract constitute an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract and are included in Annex 4 to the SWZ

4. The subject of the contract must be brand new, complete with a high standard

Both in terms of build quality as well as functionality, free from defects

material and construction, without prior exploitation and can not be

subject to the rights of third parties.

5. The contracting authority shall not divide the contract into lots and shall not allow partial tenders to be submitted.

6. The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide a guarantee for the offered equipment in the dimension of min. 12 months.
