The subject of the framework agreement is the planning, evaluation and evaluation of proficiency tests on test methods in accordance with § 64 of the Food and Feed Code (LFGB), § 38 of the Tobacco Products Act (TabakerzG), § 28b of the Genetic Engineering Act (GenTG) and Regulation (EU) 2017/625, Articles 94 and 101.
