The order constitutes in particular the design, delivery and implementation of software creating an Integrated IT System to support the management of the contracting party's Resources, covering the areas of personnel and payroll, financial and accounting, planning and task budget, fixed assets and economy warehouse, together with licenses granted for an indefinite period, in accordance with the requirements set out in the PROJECTED PROVISIONS OF THE CONTRACT (PPU). The subject of the order/contract consists of three tasks:

Part I — Implementation I, i.e. the delivery of the products described in Annex No 1 to the Agreement, Section X (8), points 1 to 6, within 5 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement and not later than 10 November 2022.

Part II — Implementation II, i.e. the delivery of the products described in Annex No 1 to the Agreement, Section X (9), points 1 to 6 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement and not later than 30 November 2022.

Part III — Post-application support referred to in § 1 (3) of the PPU and in Form No 1 to the Agreement, Section XI, provided by 36 m-cy

The order constitutes, in particular, the design, delivery and implementation of software creating an Integrated Information System Assisting the Management of the Contracting Authority's Resource Management (hereinafter the System) covering the areas of personnel and payroll, financial and accounting, planning and task budget, fixed assets and warehouse management, including licenses granted for an indefinite period, in accordance with the requirements set out in the PROJECTED PROVISIONS OF THE CONTRACT (PPU), including the Annexes to the Agreement. The subject of the procure/Agreement is specified in detail in § 1 of the PPU and in Annex 1 to the Agreement, which is a description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter OPZ). The subject of the Agreement consists of three tasks:

1. Part I — Implementation I, i.e. the delivery of the products described in Annex 1 to the Agreement, Section X 'General requirements' points 8 (1) to 6, within 5 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement and not later than 10 November 2022;

2. Part II — Implementation II, i.e. delivery of the products described in Annex 1 to the Agreement, Section X 'General requirements' points 9 points 1 to 6 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement and not later than 30 November 2022.

3) Part III — Post-implementation support referred to in Paragraph 1 (3) of the PPU and in Annex 1 to the Agreement, Section XI “Guidelines for the performance of services by the Contractor after receipt of the System”, provided continuously within 36 months from the date of receipt of the System's final receipt.

The Contracting Authority may allocate not more than PLN 600 000,00 gross to finance Part I to the complete extent and not more than PLN 800 000,00 gross to finance Part II in the complete range; a total of not more than PLN 1 400 000,00 gross.

The Contractor is obliged to perform IT services only in terms of parameterization and configuration of the offered System, as well as to migrate data. Dividing the order into parts and allowing partial tenders to be submitted is not desirable because the System constitutes an integral whole.
