Development of a new mission statement

for the inner city of Wittmund as a coherent concept.

The project thus comprises the following tasks:

a) Development of a comprehensive inventory and a strengths-weaknesses-opportunities-risk analysis of the inner city of Wittmund: Where does the inner city of Wittmund stand today, what are its biggest challenges?

b) Forecast of future developments. The forecast should clarify the respective pressure to act in the corresponding spatial and technical areas. In other words, what is the likely situation to be in the next 5 or 15 years if there is no joint action?

c) Based on these first steps, a new mission statement with guidelines for Wittmund's city centre must then be developed. These are to be underpinned by an integrated urban target system with smart goals and concrete and feasible projects (measures).
