The object of this contract is a project management mission with VISA within the meaning of article R. 2431-4 of the public procurement code and its annex 20 of 22.3.2019 corresponding to the following missions:

- in firm phase: APS, APD, and

- in optional tranche: PRO-DCE, ACT, VISA, DET and AOR.

The operation consists of the rehabilitation of the facades of the Meaux sub-prefecture. Built in 1995 by the architect Giannie Ranaulo, the sub-prefecture of Meaux is a six-storey public building with a façade cladding made of Carrara marble facing. It is to highlight that:

- the work concerned will be carried out on an occupied site;

- certain premises are potentially subject to the presence of asbestos products and / or coatings;

- asbestos and lead diagnostics before work is in progress.

The provisional envelope for carrying out the work is EUR 1,100,000 excluding tax, including additional costs linked to the presence of asbestos and any additional services.
