Description:
"Delivery of brand new multi-operational machines such as harvester and forwarder"

The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new (manufactured not earlier than in 2022) multi-operational machines of the Harwester type. 2 and Forwarder pcs. 2.

The subject of the contract has not been divided into parts. Machines being delivered must operate on the basis of one ICT system, so that they can cooperate and transfer data from one machine to another, which will allow full use of the potential and functionality of the purchased devices. Failure to divide the contract into lots will not distort competition or limit the circle of entities that may submit a tender.

The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new (manufactured not earlier than in 2022) multi-operational machines of the Harwester type. 2 and Forwarder pcs. 2.

Detailed description of the subject of the contract.

1) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1a and 1b to the SWZ

2) Additional information (applies to all parts):

a. The minimum required warranty period – 24 months, counting from the date of issue of the subject of the contract.

b. Payment term - 30 days.

c. The Contractor will be obliged to conduct the following trainings:

- theoretical training in operation and operation, current repairs and inspections of each machine for at least 8 employees of the Ordering Party, which will take place at the Ordering Party's headquarters (at least 8 hours in total);

- initial training for operators (at least 8 people) on a dedicated certified simulator of forestry machines (at least 4 hours per person) carried out at the Ordering Party's headquarters not earlier than 7 days before the delivery of machines.

- basic training carried out on the day of delivery of each of the machines at the Ordering Party's headquarters (at least 8 hours for at least 8 employees)

- supplementary training in the amount of 16 hours to be used within 12 months of delivery of the machines (for at least 8 employees).

d. Before concluding the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to submit a civil liability policy in the amount of PLN 2,000,000

The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the execution of elements (parts) of the object of the contract to subcontractors In the event of an intention to perform the subject of a contract involving subcontractors, the contractor shall indicate in his tender the parts of the contract (tangible ranges) the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of possible subcontractors if they are already known. This indication should be placed on the Offer. In the absence of an indication in the Subcontract Offer, the Contractor will be able to introduce the subcontractor only under the terms set out in the contract.

In all places of the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ where an exemplary trademark, patent, origin, source or specific process is used, or if the Contracting Authority has described the subject of the contract by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Public Procurement Law, and in any case, acting in accordance with Article 99(6) and Article 101(4) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those specified in the SWZ and the tender documentation, marking such indications or references with the words "or equivalent" or "or equivalent" respectively (m.in use of equipment), provided that parameters not worse than those specified in the description of the subject of the contract are provided. An equivalent solution shall also be admissible where the word 'equivalent' or 'equivalent' is not included in the description of the subject-matter of the contract.

Equivalence consists in the possibility of offering the subject of the contract with no worse technical parameters, configurations, normative requirements, etc. In the detailed description of the subject of the order, some dimensions characteristic of the manufacturer may be given. The proper names of the manufacturers of materials and equipment given in the detailed description should be understood as the preferred type for the determination of minimum quality requirements. They shall not be binding and equivalent elements which have at least the same or better standards, technical characteristics may be supplied; qualitative, functional, will be thematically identical and with the same purpose and will not lower the standards specified in the description of the subject of the contract.

Any "products" from specific manufacturers specify the minimum quality parameters and performance characteristics that they must meet ..........
