The contract is to undertake Planned and Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contract and Statutory Compliance activities for a total of 13 Academies initially, all members of the trust. The contract is for 3 years initially with option to extend to 2 years by mutual agreement.

The contract is to undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contract and reactive repairs for a total of 13 Academies initially, all members of the trust. The contract is for 3 years initially with option to extend to 2 years by mutual agreement.

—— Maintenance of 13 Academies initially (number may vary through the contract) to ensure that PPM and Statutory Compliance activities are completed in line with SFG20 maintenance specification.

— Provision of a Helpdesk to log and suitably act upon reported issues received via phone or email or portal.

— Upon the identification of reactive repair requirements, vendors will issue quotations (including spares/replacement equipment and their installation) for review by the Federation. These reactive opportunities for supplementary work may be awarded to alternative providers outside of this PPM and Compliance contract.

— The numbers of the Academies under the contract may increase or reduce over the life of the contract depending on the requirements of the Cabot Learning Federation. The Academies are a mixture of primary and secondary education level and the size and age of their premises varies accordingly.
