The subject of this tender is the construction of the heating and cooling system for the new construction of the office building - building 16.17, of Forschungszentrum Jülich.

The thermal energy is provided by a low-temperature network, the VL/RL temperature is increased by 2 heat pumps. Heating is provided by a BKT, ceiling sails and underfloor convectors. Radiators are provided in corridors, toilets and technical rooms.

The cooling energy is provided via a local cooling network. The BKT, the ceiling sails and ULKs in technical rooms are used for cooling.
