Target

The purpose of this tender is to arrive at a supply and maintenance agreement with one Contractor for the use process of physical chemistry, here samples are scanned and

various ways prepared for the analysis, including turraxes, homogenizing pipetting, pouring, adding excipients and replenishing. Various devices are used for the destruction, including autoclave and destruction blocks. After destruction, some of the 2 / 4 samples are supplemented. In these processes, a number of movement operations take place from one device to another. The samples are then analysed on the various devices.

Future situation

The ambition is to simplify, optimize and robotize / automate the processes, so that repetitive and physically demanding actions are minimized, the lead time decreases, the quality

improved and costs are reduced.
