Insurance procurement for Onshore Construction/Erection All Risks insurance including LEG 03/06, Marine Cargo, extended maintenance and Third-Party Liability insurance (TPL) for project: Grøn Gas Lolland with inception 1st December 2022.
Energinet and Evida reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial tender. There is no remuneration to participants in the negotiations. Costs incurred by the tenderer in connection with the preparation and submission of a tender for one or more lots are the tenderers to bear and will not be reimbursed. There is anticipated to be one negotiation meeting held via Microsoft Teams.

The project Green Gas Lolland Falster is a joint project between the Danish Gas Transmission operator, Energinet, and the Danish Gas Distribution company, Evida. In total the project will establish a 115 km long gas pipeline. Starting at Energinets coming compressor station in Everdrup and ending in Nakskov on Lolland.
By expanding Denmark´s natural gas infrastructure to Falster and Lolland, the project aims to reduce the emissions of local heavy industry by replacing the existing use of coal and fuel with a reliable alternative. Along with providing an alternative energy source to the existing industry, the project will provide the ability to introduce biogas produced on Lolland to the rest of Denmark between peak local consumption.
The procurement covers Construction/Erection All Risks insurance incl. Marine Cargo, extended maintenance and Third-Party Liability insurance (TPL) and involves the following lots:
Lot 1
Onshore Construction/Erection All Risks insurance including, LEG3/06, Marine Cargo, extended maintenance and Third-Party Liability insurance (TPL).
Lot details: Construction/Erection incl. Terrorism. Estimated Contract value DKK 990,000,000.
Extended Maintenance period 60 months. LEG3/06 DKK 100,000,000, Marine Cargo DKK 35,000,000 +10%. Terrorism DKK 100,000,000, Third-Party Liability DKK 100,000,000 and further sums/limits according to the document Risk and Insurance Information.
Optional cover for CPL (onshore) DKK 2,000,000 EEO and in the aggregate
