La Poste currently has 4 e-Lettre rouge printing workshops located throughout the metropolitan area.
These workshops, initially opened to publish La Poste's "E-Lettre Rouge" (ELR) product, will produce other postal products and in particular the Acknowledgements of Receipt of Registered Letters (AR).
The objective is to have 4 to 10 printing workshops in the metropolitan area.
The number of Digital Presses to be installed will not exceed 10 units.
It is estimated that each workshop will process between 500,000 and 1 million impressions per month.
All of this equipment will be purchased under an Acquisition or Lease contract for a period to be determined, including:
- Supply of equipment
- Adaptation of its IS interface to dialogue with La Poste's IS
- Installation and training of users and maintainers
- Consumables and spare parts
- Technical assistance
- Complete maintenance (curative and preventive)
