Lot2: from the N9 to the border with Sint-Lievens-Houtem
Summary description of the assignment:
- Breakout of the roads and side strips
- The construction of new roads encompassing the entire project area
foundation works, bituminous pavements and small-scale materials, concrete
line-shaped elements and drainage elements. In the center zone, an elongated
concrete traffic platform
- Construction of parking lanes, footpaths and plot accessways in clinker pavement
- Construction of the centre zone in reuse boulders and mosaic pebbles, partly water permeable (parking lot)

- Construction of bicycle paths in asphalt pavement and bike suggestion strips in washed out brown concrete
- Muting existing canals and realizing new ones with divers for the
plot accessand with weirs for buffering
- Construction of new masonry head walls
- Construction of gravitary pipes 300 to 600 mm in open slot, construction of tube
reinforced concrete. DWA is laid out in grès pipes and RWA in concrete pipes, partly in
porous concrete and the associated shelling works.
- Extend the cooked watercourse and places of 2 head walls deposited on site
concrete
- Construction of various structures for the sewerage system: GR25b, GR28, GR29, GR40, GR43, GR47a, GR111, GR112, GR113
- Construction of press pipe
- Construction of 2 buffer basins with associated constructions BU1, BU2, BU3, BU4 and BU5
- Construction of green areas with plantings of trees
- Making home and street column connections
- Maintenance of the works during the guarantee period
- Archaeological Research
