MWS Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH Mannheim is planning to convert Spinelli Barracks BA 1, a former US base, in Mannheim, Freudenheim / Käfertal, on behalf of the city of Mannheim. The planning area covers approx. 10 ha.

The construction work includes the production of drainage systems and traffic routes in the intermediate expansion as well as the earthwork for supply lines and the laying of empty pipes.
