Application center and resource-oriented modules as part of a Werkakademie, measure for activation and professional integration according to § 16

Abs. 1 Satz 2 Nr. 2 SGB II i. V. m. § 45 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1 und 3 SGB III

According to § 16.1 sentence 2 no. 2 SGB II, persons of working age may be offered benefits for activation and occupational integration.

With the present measure according to § 16 sec. 1 sentence 2 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 sec. 1 sentence 1 nos. 1 and 3 SGB III, the statutory claim is to be taken into account.
