The subject of the contract is the delivery of a truck driving simulator to the Automotive School Complex in Toruń as part of the project "Your future in a modern vocational school" under the Regional Operational Program of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Sub-measure 6.3.2 Investments in vocational education infrastructure.

A detailed description of the Order is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ

1) Delivery of a truck driving simulator to the Automotive School Complex in Toruń as part of the project "Your future in a modern vocational school" under the Regional Operational Program of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Sub-measure 6.3.2 Investments in vocational education infrastructure.

2) The delivery includes the following product: Truck driving simulator meeting the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure (1 pc.) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

3) The offered equipment must meet the requirements and standards of user safety and have all the required attestations and certificates on the basis of applicable law, allowing for use in the Republic of Poland. The offered equipment must be brand new, unused, functional and must not be subject to the rights or obligations of third parties, it must come from official distribution channels.

4) The scope of the contract includes the delivery of equipment to the Automotive School Complex along with unloading and bringing to the place indicated by the school employees and commissioning.

5) The Ordering Party requires a deposit of PLN 30,621.17 (in words – thirty thousand six hundred twenty-one and PLN 17/100)
