Eigersund municipality (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority or the builder) invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest to improve the skylights at Kjerjaneset Bo- og Servicesenter (residential and service centre), as well as seal leaks around these and around the flat roof.

The contract shall provide the building owner with new windows with good insulation capacity to reduce the electricity consumption, and the repair of damages due to leakages. New roofing paper on the roof shall also prevent new leakages.
