Framework agreement with order forms for carrying out technical diagnostics and real estate audits

The object of the consultation is the provision of services for carrying out real estate diagnostics / audits over the period 2021 - 2024. The content and methods of carrying out the mission are specified in the single document serving as specifications and consultation regulations.

Ile-de-France region

The mission consists of a complete diagnosis / audit of the works and equipment of each of the residences.

The areas to be audited are:

- exterior fittings (fences, gates, locks, low walls, OM premises, etc.);

- enclosed and covered (framework, roofing, waterproofing, structure, joinery, facades, etc.);

- common areas (including common equipment: boiler room, coatings, elevators, technical rooms, lift pumps, basements, cellars, fire safety, etc.); - some dwellings (inventory of heating / plumbing equipment and identified disorders / anomalies);

- major maintenance needs;

- routine maintenance carried out on the residence;

- monitoring of the structural damage guarantee;

- the list and results of compulsory periodic checks and maintenance contracts.

Regions Pays de la Loire; Center-Val de Loire; Normandy; Brittany
