The service contract concerns a factoring service that includes the non-recourse transfer, on a monthly basis, of part of the current or future receivables deriving from the supply of electricity to the operators of the greatest protection for a maximum monthly amount of EUR 400 000 000.00 (four hundred million,00).

The estimated turnover from the disposals, compared to the duration of the contract, is EUR 2,400,000,000 (two billion four hundred million,00). The estimated value of the contract, pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 14, lett. b) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 is equal, for the entire duration of the sale, to 4,780,000.00 EUR (four million, seven hundred and eighty thousand.00) excluding VAT.

The service contract concerns a factoring service that includes the non-recourse transfer, on a monthly basis, of part of the current or future receivables deriving from the supply of electricity to the operators of the greatest protection for a maximum monthly amount of EUR 400 000 000.00 (four hundred million,00). Acquirente Unico S.p.A. will assign monthly receivables to the transferee for a minimum amount of 30 000 000.00 EUR (thirty million.00).

In return for the sale, each month the transferee company will make available to Acquirente unico S.p.A. the entire nominal value of the credit itself net of monthly commissions.

The estimated turnover from the disposals, compared to the duration of the contract, is EUR 2 400 000 000.00 (two billion four hundred million.00).
