1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the commune of the City of Łęczyca in 2019 in a manner that takes into account all the guidelines and requirements set out in the ToR.

2. The subject of the contract is financed from the budget of the City of Łęczyca.

3. Employment requirements by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract referred to in art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, persons performing the activities of the contract indicated by the Employer are specified in the Model Contract.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 8 to the ToR.

Subject of the contract: Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the commune of the City of Łęczyca in 2019

1.1. The contractor is obliged to:

Provision of municipal waste collection and management services from owners of real estate residing in the City of Łęczyca commune, including waste collection:

- from owners of residential properties,

- from the Municipal Waste Collection Selective Point supplied independently by property owners,

- from nesting points.

1.2. As part of the price offered, the contractor is obliged to:

1.2.1. development of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

The contractor will prepare the necessary documentation and obtain valid permits and decisions needed to operate the point, in accordance with applicable law within 1 month from the date of the contract. The contractor will develop the yard by equipping it with containers for the selective collection of the following waste: chemicals, waste electrical and electronic equipment from households, waste batteries and accumulators, expired medicines, bulky waste, construction and demolition waste, other hazardous waste, raw material waste (plastic) , metal paper, glass, multi-material packaging).

The capacity and type of containers will be adapted by the Contractor to the amount of waste delivered. Containers are required to be airtight, have a lid and be properly marked.

1.2.2. running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, location: Łęczyca, ul. Tumska 2 or in another place chosen by the Contractor in the city of Łęczyca.

Organizing by the Contractor within 1 month from the date of the contract and conducting in the city of Łęczyca, Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, its maintenance and service.
