The Municipality of Hollola Municipality is requesting your offer for the Hollola regional contract in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The area works comprise the transport lanes, transport areas, transport green spaces, parks and playareas in the area of Hollola Municipality, in the scope of the contract agreement and its annexes, such as the area and mission definition documents.

The location and demarcation of objects covered by Uraka are shown in maps. In addition, the areas covered by the Agreement with their determination are set out in the quantity lists and the tasks to be performed, as well as their requirements on the task cards.

The purchase must comply with the regulations of the European Union directly binding legislation, Finnish laws and regulations and the authorities.

The offer is binding and should be prepared in the Finnish language. The procurement process is entirely in Finnish.

Hollola's regional works comprise the transport lanes, transport areas, transport green spaces, parks and playgrounds in the area of Hollola Municipality, in the scope of the contract agreement and its annexes, such as the regional and mission definition documents.

The contracting entity does not divide the contract into parts because the production of regional works by a single service provider is justified in terms of the risk management and clarity of the sharing of responsibilities related to the acquisition. The contracting entity considers that the management of chore areas by two or more service providers will jeopardise the monitoring of the set quality standards and other contractual obligations. Dividing the acquisition into parts would also create a need for additional recruitment of staff within the subscriber's organization.
