The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of medical devices (drapes, dressings, other medical materials). The order was divided into 9 lots. Detailed description of the subject of the contract according to Annex 1 to the SWZ. To confirm that the offered delivery meets the requirements and features specified by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party requires the submission of the said means of proof referred to in point 9.1 of the SWZ. Samples should be sent no later than 11:00 a.m. to the following address: Public Procurement and Contracts Department (Dom Pielęgniarek), Siemaszki 17, 31-201 Kraków, Room 6. If the Contractor has not submitted the said means of evidence confirming compliance with the required parameters or the evidence submitted is incomplete, the contracting authority shall call for their submission or supplementation within the prescribed period.
