Asia Benevento Spa, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 81/2015 and subsequent amendments, expresses the need to resort to the "administration of fixed-term work" in order to temporarily use personnel belonging to different roles and professional qualifications, for extraordinary needs of specific job categories that cannot be satisfied with the staff in service, as well as for any other temporary needs that are not foreseeable and contingent.

Identification of authorized Agency with which to carry out a Framework Agreement pursuant to Article 54, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, in order to stipulate implementation contracts for the assignment of the fixed-term work service, full and / or part-time, for tasks related to the professional figures referred to in the current C.C.N.L.:

- COMPANIES IN THE PRIVATE ENGINEERING INDUSTRY AND PLANT INSTALLATION

- UTILITALIA ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

to be used for reasons of production and organization of the user, not otherwise faced relating to different CCNL. This is without prejudice to the right, at the sole discretion of Asia Benevento Spa, to request personnel classified in other CCNL. For the determination of the maximum ceiling, characteristics and costs of usable workers, reference will be made to the provisions of the Metalworking National Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Utilitalia Servizi Ambientali CCNL, or different CCNL to be applied, in force at the time of the start of the individual implementation contract.
