The subject of the order is the supply of new and regenerated spare parts, components, consumables, auxiliary materials and new tyres for the repair and maintenance of buses, hereinafter referred to as “parts and materials and tyres”, together with the operation of the warehouse Ordering man. The basic range of the range of parts and materials and tyres covered by the contract together with the list (quantity, catalogue numbers, technical requirements) is included in the model delivery contract, Annex 6 to SWZ (hereinafter: contract). The remaining scope of the contract is an assortment for repairs and maintenance of buses, available in the Contracting Authority's offer and not covered by the list. In the course of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to maintain an adequate supply of the indicated parts and materials and tyres intended for buses of the Ordering Party and deliver immediately, understood as issue/retrieval directly from the warehouse.

In the course of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to maintain an adequate supply of the indicated parts and materials and tyres intended for buses of the Ordering Party and deliver immediately, understood as issue/retrieval directly from the warehouse located on the premises Bus depot of the Ordering Party. Accordingly, the Ordering Party informs that it undertakes to hire the Contractor of the above commercial premises (warehouse) whose premises will be intended for storage and office purposes related to the implementation of this order. The detailed terms of the lease of the commercial premises shall be governed by the draft contract in Annex 7 to the SWZ (hereinafter: the lease agreement).
