Land and Property Services (LPS) advises the NI public sector on property management and disposals. This involves acting on behalf of public sector bodies to appoint professional chartered surveyors, (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI)), to sell and occasionally let properties. LPS intends to appoint Contractors to a Contract Agreement covering the 5 LPS District Offices across Northern Ireland. It is anticipated that this contract will commence April 2017 and will remain in place for a minimum of 3 years, with options to extend for 2 further periods of up to 1 year each. This contract provides for the disposal and letting of publicly owned land and property assets, comprising development land, agricultural land, commercial and residential property.
