The ambition is for the agreement to be dynamic and flexible within given frameworks. KBAB and KFAB see the Supplier as an important partner in the work with optimization of the procured service. KBAB and KFAB want a long-term IT partner who acts proactively and innovatively, can deliver a scalable and efficient IT environment that continuously develops over time through a change of technology and adjustment of capacity as needs and conditions change. This ambition is assessed based on the Supplier's description of how knowledge about KBAB and KFAB's needs is captured and put into practice.
Term
The agreement is valid for the period 2022-05-01 or as soon as possible after signing the agreement until 2027-04-30 with the possibility for the contracting authority to extend the agreement by two (2) plus two (2) years. The maximum contract period is eight (8) years.
Notification of extension takes place no later than 6 months before the end of the contract period.
