Provision of services in the field of inspections of vehicles and airport equipment used by the airport service company 41. School Aviation Base in Dęblin in 2023 - No. 54/23/N

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of inspections of vehicles and airport equipment used by the airport service company 41. School Aviation Base in Dęblin in 2023. Services must be provided in accordance with all the requirements set out in Chapter IV of the SWZ; unanimously

with the requirements set out in the detailed description of the subject of the contract – Annex 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the requirements set out in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract to be introduced into the public procurement contract – Annex 5 to the SWZ.

2. The subject of the contract is the provision of vehicle inspection services (tasks no.: 3, 4, 5) and airport equipment (tasks no.: 1, 2, 6, 7) being in the equipment of 41.BLSz in Dęblin.

The Contracting Authority authorises the possibility of submitting partial tenders.

The subject of the contract is divided into 7 tasks (parts).

The required means of proof are set out in Chapter VIII a of the SWZ

Task No. 1 – Service in the field of body inspections of airport cleaners and vacuum cleaners

Task No. 1 – service in the field of body inspections of airport cleaners and vacuum cleaners (a total of 5 pieces of equipment):

1) Airport cleaner TJS 560 no. SL-13021 (body);

2) Airport cleaner TJS 560 no. SL-13020 (superstructure);

3) Airport cleaner CJS 914 no. SL-13006 (superstructure);

4) Airport vacuum cleaner AS 990 SL-40333 (body);

5) Airport vacuum cleaner AS 750 L 01538 (bodywork)

Scope of activities for task 1:

1) Airport cleaner TJS 560 no. SL-13021 (bodywork) - as part of the inspection, the following should be performed:

- hydraulic oil change 110 l,

- replacement of hydraulic oil filters,

- checking the operation of hydraulic pumps,

- checking the tightness of the hydraulic system,

- assessment of technical condition using computer diagnostics (error erasure),

- lubrication of lubricating places.

2) Airport cleaner TJS 560 no. SL-13020 (bodywork) - as part of the inspection, the following should be performed:

- hydraulic oil change 110 l,

- replacement of hydraulic oil filters,

- checking the operation of hydraulic pumps,

- lubrication of the brush drive clutch,

- checking the tightness of the hydraulic system,

- assessment of technical condition using computer diagnostics (error erasure),

- lubrication of lubricating places.

3) Airport cleaner CJS 914 no. SL-13006 (bodywork) - as part of the inspection, the following should be performed:

- hydraulic oil change 120 l,

- replacement of hydraulic oil filters,

- lubrication of all lubrication points,

- lubrication of the brush drive clutch,

- checking the operation of the hydraulic system,

- assessment of technical condition using computer diagnostics (error erasure),

- lubrication of lubricating places.

4) Airport vacuum cleaner AS 990 no. SL-40333 (body) - as part of the inspection, the following should be performed:

- hydraulic oil change 270 l,

- replacement of hydraulic oil filters,

- replacement of the breather filter,

- checking the operation of the hydraulic system,

- assessment of technical condition using computer diagnostics (error erasure),

- lubrication of lubricating places.

5) Airport vacuum cleaner AS 750 no. L -01538 (bodywork) - as part of the inspection, the following should be performed:

- hydraulic oil change 217 l, ATF,

- replacement of hydraulic oil filters,

- assessment of technical condition using computer diagnostics (error erasure),

- lubrication of lubricating places.

The Contractor undertakes to carry out inspections of the equipment or airport vehicles listed in the scope of tasks 1-7 within 10 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. Each time before commencing the service, the Contractor shall inform the Contracting Authority at least 1 day before the intention to perform it by e-mail and telephone. Due to the specificity of the airport, the detailed date of the service will be agreed with the person responsible for the implementation of the service.

The price includes all costs related to the inspection, i.e. m.in. costs of travel to the Ordering Party, costs of materials and operating fluids (oils, lubricants) and other parts necessary to perform inspections, man-hours, and if it is necessary to deliver equipment to the Contractor's service station, the costs related to this shall be borne by the Contractor; and any other costs without which performance of the contract would be impossible.

The quality guarantee period for the service performed and the materials (parts) installed is 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol without reservations.

The contractor must have a device that will enable computer diagnostics of the vehicle and equipment. The use of specialized diagnostic equipment, including software, must guarantee full diagnostics of the equipment and indicate all the activities necessary for the proper performance of the service.

Task no. 2 - Service for inspection of HIAB cranes mounted on UNIMOG U 400 UD 01376 and UD 01375 vehicles

Task No. 2 – service for inspections of HIAB cranes mounted on UNIMOG U 400 UD 01376 and UD 01375 vehicles (2 pcs.):

1) HIAB crane mounted on Mercedes UNIMOG U-400 with number UD-01375;

2) HIAB crane mounted on Mercedes UNIMOG U-400 with number UD-01376

Scope of activities for task 2:

1) HIAB crane mounted on Mercedes UNIMOG U-400 with no. UD-01375 -

As part of the review, the following should be carried out:

- tightening the fastening pins to the frame (every year with a specialist wrench),

- hydraulic oil change 100 l (HV 46),

- replacement of hydraulic oil filters,

- checking the correctness of operation,

- checking the correct operation of the HB 300E personal basket,

- checking the tightness of the hydraulic system,

- lubrication of lubricating places.

2) HIAB crane mounted on Mercedes UNIMOG U-400 with number UD-01376 -

As part of the review, the following should be carried out:

- tightening the fastening pins to the frame (every year with a specialist wrench),

- hydraulic oil change 100 l (HV 46),

- replacement of hydraulic oil filters,

- checking the correct operation of the HB 300E personal basket,

- computer diagnostics (error erasure),

- checking the tightness of the hydraulic system,

- oil change in the rotary housing 7.5 l.

The Contractor undertakes to carry out inspections of the equipment or airport vehicles listed in the scope of tasks 1-7 within 10 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. Each time before commencing the service, the Contractor shall inform the Contracting Authority at least 1 day before the intention to perform it by e-mail and telephone. Due to the specificity of the airport, the detailed date of the service will be agreed with the person responsible for the implementation of the service.

The price includes all costs related to the inspection, i.e. m.in. costs of travel to the Ordering Party, costs of materials and operating fluids (oils, lubricants) and other parts necessary to perform inspections, man-hours, and if it is necessary to deliver equipment to the Contractor's service station, the costs related to this shall be borne by the Contractor; and any other costs without which performance of the contract would be impossible.

The Contracting Authority shall demand from the Contractor whose offer has been selected as the most advantageous in a given task (part) of the contract, to lodge a performance bond in the amount constituting 5% of the total gross remuneration for the subject of the contract – the total gross value for inspections of airport equipment or vehicles – for individual tasks (specified in § 5 section 1 of the proposed provisions of the contract and in the offer form – Annex 1 to the SWZ).

- replacement of the cabin filter,

- gearbox transmission oil change 9 l,

- oil change rear axle 19 l,

- assessment of the technical condition of the vehicle using computer diagnostics (erasing errors),

- lubrication of lubricating places.

2) Vehicle brand MERCEDES AXOR 1824 reg. no. UC 02851 - as part of the review, the following should be performed:

- engine oil change 29 l (10W40),

- replacement of engine oil filters,

- replacement of fuel filters,

- air filter replacement,

- replacement of the ADBLUE filter,

- replacement of the air dryer,

- replacement of the cabin filter,

- assessment of the technical condition of the vehicle using computer diagnostics (erasing errors),

- lubrication of lubricating places.

3) MERCEDES ACTROS vehicle with reg. no. SL 13006 - as part of the review, the following should be performed:

- engine oil change 35 l (10W40),

- replacement of oil filters,

- replacement of fuel filters,

- air filter replacement,

- replacement of the ADBLUE filter,

- replacement of the air dryer,

- replacement of the cabin filter,

- oil change front axle and rear axle,

- oil change in the gearbox,

- oil change transfer case,

- assessment of the technical condition of the vehicle using computer diagnostics (erasing errors),

- lubrication of lubricating places.

4) MERCEDES ACTROS vehicle with reg. no. SL 13020 - as part of the review, the following should be performed:

- engine oil change 35 l (10W40),

- replacement of engine oil filters,

- replacement of fuel filters,

- air filter replacement,

- replacement of the ADBLUE filter,

- replacement of the air dryer,

- replacement of the cabin filter,

- oil change front axle 10 l,

- oil change gearbox,

- oil change transfer case 10 l,

- cleaning the AdBlue diffuser,

- assessment of the technical condition of the vehicle using computer diagnostics (erasing errors),

- lubrication of lubricating places.

- engine oil change 35 l (10W40),

- replacement of engine oil filters,

- replacement of fuel filters,

- air filter replacement,

- replacement of the ADBLUE filter,

- oil change front axle 10 l,

- oil change gearbox 4 l,

- oil change in the transfer case 10 l,

- assessment of the technical condition of the vehicle using computer diagnostics (erasing errors),

- engine oil change 29 l (10W40),

- replacement of engine oil filters,

- replacement of fuel filters,

- lubrication of lubricating places.

7) VOLVO FM 7 vehicle reg. no. UG 10292 - as part of the review, the following should be performed:

- engine oil change 25 l,

- replacement of engine oil filters,

- replacement of fuel filters,

- replacement of the air dryer,

- replacement of the cabin filter,

- replacement of the fuel filter base,

- assessment of the technical condition of the vehicle using computer diagnostics (erasing errors),

- lubrication of lubricating places.

Task No. 4 - service in the field of vehicle maintenance, MERCEDES UNIMOG U-400:

1) Mercedes UNIMOG U-400 vehicle with UD 01617 (applies to the chassis, i.e. the Mercedes vehicle);

2) Mercedes UNIMOG U-400 vehicle with UD 01375 (applies to the chassis, i.e. the Mercedes vehicle);

3) Mercedes UNIMOG U-400 vehicle with UD 01376 (applies to the chassis, i.e. Mercedes vehicle)

Scope of activities for task 4:

- oil filter replacement,

Scope of activities for task 5:

1) Vehicle brand MAN TGM 26.290 with no. UD-01530 (applies to the chassis, i.e. the MAN vehicle) as part of the inspection, the following should be carried out:

- 26l engine oil change,

- replacement of engine oil filters,

- fuel filter replacement,

- replacement of the air dryer,

- S12 review

- lubrication of lubrication points,

- computer diagnostics (error erasure).

1) Airport vacuum cleaner BEAM 9500 no. IN-05524 (applicable to superstructure)

Scope of activities for task 7:

1) Airport vacuum cleaner BEAM 9500 no. IN-05524 (applies to the body) - as part of the inspection, the following should be performed:

- replacement of the separator fuel filter,

- hydraulic oil change 160 l (HL 46),

- replacement of hydraulic oil filters,

- oil change in the transfer gear,

- oil change in the high pressure pump,

- replacement of the hydraulic tank breather filter,

- replacement of water filters pcs. 2,

- assessment of technical condition using computer diagnostics (error erasure),

- lubrication of lubricating places.

The Contractor undertakes to carry out inspections of the equipment or airport vehicles listed in the scope of tasks 1-7 within 10 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
