The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new hook and skip trucks for Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Saniko Sp. z o. o. in Włocławek, divided into 2 tasks:

Task No. 1 Delivery of a brand new hook lift truck

Task No. 2 Delivery of a brand new skip truck type

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new hook lift truck, with a lifting capacity of up to 26 tons, in the amount of 1 item, intended for handling loading containers made in accordance with DIN 30722, with a length of min. 5,000 mm, max. 6,500 mm, equipped in the Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Machnacz, Machnacz 41a, commune Brest Kujawski.

2. The vehicle shall meet the technical parameters specified in chapter III point 3.2. item 1) of the SETC.

3. The vehicle is adapted to work in difficult field conditions, i.e. at a landfill.

4. The hook device must be from series production, no prototype or first device in the series is allowed.

5. Year of production of the chassis and the hook body: 2019.

6. The contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee for:

- chassis for 24 months (full warranty for the drive system and engine),

- development - hook device for a period of 24 months.

Counted from the date of failure-free collection of a complete vehicle, confirmed by the acceptance protocol signed by representatives of both parties.

7. The Contractor is obliged to provide an authorized warranty and post-warranty service located in Poland, responding within 48 hours (response time should be assumed by the service arrival to the chassis / body: hook device) counted from the date of receipt of the written failure report sent by e-mail.

8. The contractor is obliged to provide during the warranty period for:

- chassis - at least 2 free periodic inspections at an authorized service center, indicated by the Contractor within a radius of up to 100 km from RZUOK,

- bodywork - hook device - at least two free periodic inspections at RZUOK.

9. As part of warranty inspections, the Contractor shall bear all the costs associated with their implementation, in particular: costs of replacing / supplementing materials, fluids, lubricants, costs of travel service for the building: hook device, to RZUOK in Machnacz, commune Brest Kujawski, Machnacz 41a.

10. In the event of a defect / failure / defect of the vehicle (chassis / bodywork: hook device) being the subject of the contract, the warranty repair of which will be longer than 14 working days, counted from the moment the Contractor reports the defect / failure / defect of the Contractor, the Contractor shall be obliged to immediately not later than within 2 working days, counted from the expiry of the above deadline, provide a free technically efficient replacement hook lift vehicle with a lifting capacity of up to 26 tons and supporting loading containers, made in accordance with DIN 30722, with a length of min. 5,000 mm, max. 6,500 mm, for vehicle repair. The subject replacement vehicle should be delivered by the Contractor to RZUOK in Machnacz, commune Brest Kujawski, Machnacz 41a.

11. The completed vehicle should comply with CE standards.

12. The Contractor ensures that on the day of delivery of the vehicle at RZUOK, it will train designated employees free of charge in the use, operation, maintenance and operation of the delivered chassis and bodywork: hook device.

13. The contractor will deliver the subject of the order at his own cost to RZUOK in Machnacz, commune Brest Kujawski, Machnacz 41a.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new specialist goalkeeper vehicle, in quantity of 1, intended for handling Mulda containers made in accordance with DIN 30720 and KP5 ÷ KP10 containers, which are equipped with the technical base of PGK "Saniko" Sp. z o. o. located at ul. Komunalna 4 in Włocławek.

2. The vehicle shall meet the technical parameters specified in chapter III point 3.2. point. 2) ToR.

3. The gate device must be from series production, neither the prototype nor the first device in the series is allowed.

4. Year of production of the chassis and gantry body: 2019.

5. The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee for:

- chassis for 24 months (full warranty for the drive system and engine),

- development - a gate device for a period of 24 months.

Counted from the date of failure-free collection of a complete vehicle, confirmed by the acceptance protocol signed by representatives of both parties.

6. The Contractor is obliged to provide an authorized warranty and post-warranty service located in Poland, responding within 48 hours (response time should be accepted by the service arrival to the chassis / bodywork: gate device) counted from the date of receipt of a written notification of failure sent by e-mail.

7. The contractor is obliged to provide during the warranty period for:

- chassis - at least 2 free periodic inspections at an authorized service center, indicated by the Contractor within a radius of up to 100 km from the Saniko technical base, located in Włocławek at ul. Komunalna 4,

- development - gantry device - at least two free periodic inspections at the Saniko technical base, located in Włocławek at ul. Komunalna 4.

9. As part of warranty inspections, the Contractor shall bear all the costs associated with their implementation, in particular: costs of replacing / supplementing materials, fluids, lubricants, costs of service for the building: gate equipment, to the Saniko technical base, located in Włocławek at ul. Komunalna 4.

10. In the event of a defect / failure / defect of the vehicle (chassis / bodywork: gantry device) being the subject of the contract, the warranty repair of which is longer than 14 working days, counted from the moment the Contractor reports the defect / failure / defect of the Contractor, the Contractor shall be obliged to immediately not later than within 2 business days, counted from the expiry of the above deadline, provide a free technically efficient substitute skip loader vehicle, designed for handling Mulda containers made in accordance with DIN 30720 and KP5 ÷ KP7 containers, for the time of repairing the Employer's vehicle. The replacement vehicle in question The supplier is obliged to deliver to the technical base of PGK "Saniko" Sp. z o. o. located at ul. Komunalna 4 in Włocławek.

11. The completed vehicle should comply with CE standards.

12. The Contractor ensures that on the day of delivery of the vehicle, at Saniko's technical base, it will train designated employees free of charge in the use, operation, maintenance and operation of the delivered chassis and bodywork: the gantry device.

13. The contractor will deliver the subject of the order at his own cost to the Saniko technical base located in Włocławek at ul. Komunalna 4.
