PART II: Conservation and maintenance of urban green areas, i.e. parks, green areas and road lanes in Szczecin – region III

PART III: Conservation and maintenance of urban green areas, i.e. parks, green areas and road lanes in Szczecin – region IV

PART IV: Conservation and maintenance of urban green areas, i.e. parks, green areas and road lanes in Szczecin – region V

3. The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annexes No. 7, 8/I, 9/I, 10/I to the SWZ respectively.

4. The Contractor shall execute the subject of the contract with the utmost care required

from an entity professionally providing this type of services, on the basis of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law,

including, among others, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699) - The producer of waste generated during the implementation of the subject of the contract is the Contractor (legal basis: Article 3 paragraph 1 point 32 of the Waste Act), as well as

with Ordinance No. 140/21 of the President of the City of Szczecin of March 23

2021 on the Standards of maintenance, protection and development of green areas of the City of Szczecin and obligations for their implementation, with SWZ and with an offer, which will constitute an integral part of the contract.

5. The Contractor shall be obliged to purchase from the Ordering Party the wood that it has obtained

in connection with the implementation of the subject of the contract. In the price offer, the Contractor does not include the price for the purchase of wood. The Ordering Party will issue invoices for the sale of harvested wood. The amounts resulting from the above-mentioned invoices (determined on the basis of the currently applicable order of the Director of the Municipal Services Plant regarding the price list and the rules for the sale of wood from felling trees from urban green areas) will be deducted from the invoices issued by the Contractor for the implementation of the subject of the contract.

6. The Contractor shall ensure, in the fleet of vehicles used in the execution of the object

procurement, at least 10 % share of electric vehicles or powered vehicles

natural gas within the meaning of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility

and alternative fuels.
