The subject of the contract is the provision of Service G to the Contracting Authority, which consists of transporting Shipments (including Shipments containing Postage), whereby the Contractor is obliged to.
a) acceptance of Shipments for carriage in the places and dates specified in the Schedule for the implementation of service G, constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract,
b) loading the Shipments onto the vehicle and their arrangement in the vehicle,
c) unload shipments from the vehicle in the places and dates specified in the Schedule for the implementation of service G, constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract.
Implementation of Service G (Exchange Rate Table PC160)1. The subject of the contract is the provision of Services to the Ordering Party G. Exchange rate table: PC160.
2. Maximum quantities of services that may be commissioned to the Contractor by the Contracting Authority as part of the performance of the contract:
- maximum number of kilometres with option (100%) - 10 836,
- number of kilometres covered by the right of option (80%) - 8 669,
- number of kilometres covered by the right of option (20%) - 2 167.
3. Where the Contractor's remuneration does not reach the maximum remuneration during the period of the contract, the Parties may extend the term of the contract by a maximum of 3 months, but not longer than until the amount of remuneration for the services made by the Contractor will reach the maximum salary. The extension of the period in accordance with the previous sentence requires a written form under the rigour of nullity.
4.Estimated number of vehicles necessary for the service - 1 vehicle of category Ib.
5. Estimated number of people necessary to perform the service - 1 person holding a category B driving license.
6. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of providing services to the existing Contractor in the following mode
a direct agreement contract pursuant to Article 388(2)(c) of the PPL, a contract consisting in
repetition of similar services, consistent with the subject-matter of the basic contract.
Conditions under which the above contracts will be awarded from the free hand:
1) The draft contract will be forwarded to the Contractor together with an invitation to negotiations;
3) Contractual penalties will be provided for in the same cases as in the contract concluded
in the basic procurement procedure;
4) The obligations of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority shall be regulated on principles analogous to the contract
concluded in the basic procurement procedure;
5) Order period: up to 12 months.
6) The scope of the above orders will consist in repeating the services from the basic order and covering the following number of km:
- maximum number of kilometres with option (100%) - 10 836,
- number of kilometres covered by the right of option (80%) - 8 669,
- number of kilometres covered by the right of option (20%) - 2 167.
Implementation of Service G (Exchange rate table GW56)1. The subject of the contract is the provision of Services to the Ordering Party G. Exchange rate table: GW56.
2. Maximum quantities of services that may be commissioned to the Contractor by the Contracting Authority as part of the performance of the contract:
- maximum number of kilometres with option (100%) - 25 452,
- number of kilometres covered by the right of option (80 %) - 20 362,
- number of kilometres covered by the right of option (20 %) - 5 090.

Where the Contractor's remuneration does not reach the maximum remuneration during the period of the contract, the Parties may extend the term of the contract by a maximum of 3 months, but not longer than until the amount of remuneration for the services made by the Contractor will reach the maximum salary.
