The object of the order is the revitalization of Sub-Area No. 10— Bytom Śródmieście through the development of part of Sub-Area 10 together with facilities, equipment and infrastructure in the formula “design and build”, i.e. the development of design and cost estimate documentation and the implementation of construction works covering its scope of development of estates and surrounding service buildings.
The scope of construction works consisting in the design and execution of construction works consisting in the development of external areas, which include, in particular:
(a) making complementary measurements and checking the technical status to the extent necessary to carry out the investment,
(b) drawing up a construction project, obtaining conservation arrangements, drawing up the necessary expertise and obtaining appropriate derogations from the existing construction permit and other necessary and law-required decisions, arrangements, documents, drawing up pr.
