This contract relates to the long-term rental (48 months) of 29 new vehicles, including:

- nine official vehicles;

- 20 service vehicles.

Type of contract: service / category of service: 2.

Place of performance: Department of Guadeloupe.

Content of the service for each vehicle:

- the provision of vehicles for the fixed deadlines;

- the loan of relay vehicles of the same category and characteristics of the notification of the contract on the actual delivery date of the vehicles chosen for the case where the request could not be satisfied within the time limits set;

- parts and labor assistance, 24/7 for the 48 months following the delivery of the vehicle, including the provision of a relay vehicle of the same category and characteristics;

- the replacement of six sets of interchangeable tires per vehicle over the entire fleet with the same characteristics as the originals, during the rental period;

- registration fees, vehicle registration certificate and the various taxes relating to the entry into service of vehicles (Crit'Air sticker, etc.);

- “all risks” insurance, including glass breakage;

- interior / exterior cleaning of all vehicles every two weeks;

- taking into account the parking of official vehicles at the Pôle Caraïbes airport when traveling outside the department of their user;

- preventive maintenance and upkeep of vehicles, including compulsory technical checks;

- the characteristics of the vehicles and the details of the services required are given in the specifications.
