The subject of the order is primarily:

- collecting mixed or sorted municipal waste from residential and uninhabited real estate,

- providing property owners with the possibility of renting, leasing or otherwise disposing of containers to collect mixed / sorted municipal waste,

- organization of selective waste collection: paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, glass packaging and biodegradable waste, in a collective system,

- organization of selective waste collection: paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, glass packaging in the individual system,

- organization of selective collection of biodegradable waste in the individual system

- collecting furniture and other bulky waste in the individual system, removing municipal waste from places not intended for their storage and storage,

- collecting construction and demolition waste.

4. organization of selective waste collection: paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, glass packaging in the individual system.

5. organization of selective collection of biodegradable waste in the individual system.

6. collecting furniture and other bulky waste in an individual system.

7. removal of municipal waste from places not intended for their storage and storage.

8. collecting construction and demolition waste in an individual system.

9. collecting outdated medicines from containers located at pharmacies and health centers.

10. service and organization of Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOKów).

11. delivering all municipal waste collected from the Zgorzelec commune to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Lubań.

12. developing a municipal waste collection schedule.

13. keeping documentation related to the activities covered by the subject of the contract.
