Finanstilsynet (the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) wants to enter into a framework agreement for assistance with the introduction of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), including licences and installation, advice and assistance to identify and implement automation of suitable processes.

The objective of the agreement is to introduce Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Finanstilsynet (the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) including:

— procurement of licences for any software;

— installation of software in co-operation with the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway's IT division;

— advice on identification of processes suitable for RPA and/or AI;

— assistance in introducing automation for selected processes;

— training of the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway's internal personnel;

— monitoring and daily operation (option).
