Among other things, the State Office for the Environment operates two laboratory buildings (Wallstraße 1, 55122 Mainz, Rheinallee 97-101, 55118 Mainz), an administration building (Kaiser-Friedrich-Straße 7, 55116 Mainz), two water quality measuring stations (Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer 10, 55116 Mainz and Am Rhein 1, 67547 Worms) and a vehicle fleet building (Carl-Zeiss-Straße 37, 55129 Mainz). For the properties mentioned, the glass and maintenance cleaning, the façade cleaning/cleaning of the awning system as well as various flushing services are hereby put out to tender. The scope of cleaning can be seen from the individual lots.
