The subject of the contract is to provide the service of receiving and transporting municipal waste from the owners of residential property located within the Szczytno Municipality in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (Journal of Laws of 13 September 1996. U. of 2021, item 888) and the Waste Management Plan for the Warmińsko — Mazurian Voivodeship, as well as the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the territory of Szczytno, as well as other laws and local law.

The subject of the contract is to provide the service of receiving and transporting municipal waste from the owners of residential property located within the Szczytno Municipality in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (Journal of Laws of 13 September 1996. U. of 2021, item 888) and the Waste Management Plan for the Warmińsko — Mazurian Voivodeship, as well as the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the territory of Szczytno and other laws of law and local law for a period of 12 months from 01.01.2022.

The subject of the contract also includes:

1) the transmission by the Contractor of received mixed and selectively collected municipal waste from the area of Szczytno and from the Selective Collective Communal Waste Collections Point (PSZOK) located in Nowy Gizewo 16/1, 12-100 Szczytno directly to the municipal installation ZGOK Sp. z o.o., station transhipment in Trelkowo, gm. Szczytno;

2) supply and maintenance of ash containers (in an estimated amount of 35 units with a capacity of 1100 L metal);

3) supply and maintenance of kitchen waste containers with a capacity of 240L in brown color (delivered at each existing “socket” of multi-family development in the amount of a minimum of 1 pc., if necessary, delivery of the container in places of greatest intensity - on the request of the Ordering Party).
