The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) shall purchase tugboats to be used with the Norwegian Armed Forces Mabey Uniflote system. The procurement is part of Project 2584 - Tactical Element Bridge.

NDMA intend to purchase between 10-14 tugboats to be used by the Norwegian Armed Forces. Cost can affect the number of tugboats purchased. The purchase of the tugboats will be regulated in the contract as a one-time purchase.

Furthermore, Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency will require the Candidate’s commitment to provide maintenance, support and supply of spare parts for the useful life of the tugboat. This continuing support for spare parts and other related material for the tugboat may be regulated in a separate agreement, in accordance with Regulations of Procurements in the Defence and Security Sector (FOSA) § 6-1.

This procurement will be conducted pursuant to FOSA § 4-2 (d) and § 5-1 as a competition with negotiations, with publications in advance. The procurement is carried out based on a two-step competition.

• Part 2 – Invitation to Tender (ITT)

Candidates seeking to participate in the procurement are invited to submit an application for qualification according to this “Invitation to Prequalification no. 100914”.

Candidates that fulfil all the qualification requirements listed in “Invitation to Prequalification no. 100914” will receive the Invitation to Tender (ITT). The Purchaser however reserves the right to limit the number of qualified Candidates based on the rules set out in the “Invitation to Prequalification no. 100914”.
