The aim of the procurement is to get news reports within public procurements produced.

The consultant shall produce a total of 120 articles per annum. These shall be divided between three articles per week, for 40 weeks of the year.

The assignment shall be carried out by one, dedicated journalist/consultant and shall not be spread between several consultants.
