The service offered consists mainly of the following tasks: Delivery of reportable energy savings in accordance with the Agreement of 16 December 2016, revised on 1.10.2018, on the Energy Companies' energy saving efforts and Executive Order No. 717 of 8.7.2019 on energy saving services in grid and distribution companies.

4 partial agreements are offered:

- Sub-agreement 1: Dinel A / S,

- Sub-agreement 2: Dinel A / S,

- Sub-agreement 3: Dinel A / S,

- Sub-agreement 4: El-Net Øst A / S.

On respectively. 6, 9.2 and 10.000.000 kWh, all of which must be delivered before 1.1.2021. The supplier must clearly state whether bids for sub-agreement 1, sub-agreement 2, sub-agreement 3 and / or sub-agreement 4, including whether different bids are being offered for the sub-agreements.

The winning bidder undertakes to deliver 10 000 000 kWh of documented and realized energy savings to Dinel A / S with this agreement. The agreed amount of energy savings can be delivered on an ongoing basis and must be delivered no later than 1.1.2021.
