1. The subject of the order is the purchase of 1 piece of telematics / satellite system related to intermodal transport.

2. The Employer requires that the software be made to order in accordance with the list of parameters and functionalities described in the content of this Inquiry.

3. The telematics / satellite system provided is to contribute to the support of intermodal transhipment terminals and increase their transhipment capacity.

4. The system should have minimum components and meet the minimum requirements / functionalities included in the full content of the request for proposal.

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of 1 piece of telematics / satellite system related to intermodal transport.

2. The Employer requires that the software be made to order in accordance with the list of parameters and functionalities described in the content of this Inquiry.

3. The supplied telematics / satellite system is to contribute to the support of intermodal transhipment terminals and increase their transhipment capacity.

4. The offered subject of the contract is to enable management of container movement at the terminal, in particular the multidimensional positioning of containers (so-called logistics units) empty / loaded on the terminal, i.e. it will clearly be able to determine in which row / column and at what level, at what height stored container, each entry / exit or movement of the container is to be confirmed by a portable data collector enabling the reading of bar codes on the containers or manually entering the container number on the data collector in order to perform all operations on a given logistics unit. The system should have minimum components and meet the minimum requirements / functionalities included in the full content of the inquiry.

5. The Contractor is obliged to offer the subject of the contract that meets the minimum requirements and functionality of the Employer. At the same time, the Employer allows the possibility of offering solutions equivalent to those described in the request for proposal or solutions that are functionally and qualitatively better, while meeting the minimum requirements of the Employer. The obligation to demonstrate the equivalence of the solutions offered lies with the Contractor. If this obligation is not met, the Contractor's offer will be rejected.

6. Acceptance of the subject of the contract will be made by the Employer at the place of installation of the system at the locations indicated by the Employer.

7. Acceptance of the subject of the contract involves the transfer of property copyrights in all fields of use.
