1. The subject of the contract is the supply of disposable biodegradable dishes and cutlery divided into two tasks.
2. The contractor shall issue an invoice for each task separately
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the annexes to the SWZ, among others: description of the subject of the contract, draft contract and offer form.
