The aim of this tender is to contract one party for the following activities:

a) examine whether the financial statements give a true and fair view of the size and composition of the foundation's assets and results in accordance with the Regulation on annual reporting education with the aim of issuing an audit report with the financial statements (hereinafter referred to as the annual accounts audit);

b) provide a reasonable degree of assurance that the statement of the data in the Register of Educational Participants accurately reflects in accordance with the applicable criteria for the purpose of issuing an Assurance report with the data in the Register of Educational Participants;

(c) performing the natural advisory function.

The tenderer to be selected shall cooperate with the Financial Economic Affairs Staff Office (FEZ) taking into account the specific task assignment.

Within the HG, the commercial activities are an integral part of the administration of the Hanze University of Applied Sciences Foundation. The administration of these activities is recorded by means of separate cost centres. On the basis of this, a distinction can be made between public and private funds.

The tenderer shall carry out the checks in compliance with the laws and regulations as they develop during the term of the contract, and any extensions thereof. Developments in laws and regulations do not affect the prices and rates charged by the Tenderer during the initial term of the agreement. Any form of additional work must be agreed in advance with the director of FEZ substantiated according to the nature of the activities, reason for this and an estimate of the costs (hours x rate). Without this reconciliation, the additional work charged will not be accepted.
