Control and monitoring of the implementation of works related to the creation and modernization of digital databases BDOT500 and GESUT for the purposes of the project "e-Geodesy digital geodetic resource of the Lubelskie Voivodeship". Ref. Section III.2.2) Conditions for the performance of the contract: Employer, in accordance with art. 144 section 1 point 1) of the PZP Act, provides for the possibility of making changes to the provisions of the concluded contract in relation to the content of the offer resulting from:

1) the need to introduce changes resulting from changes in the guidelines, requirements or recommendations of the institution that granted the funds to finance the contract;

2) the necessity of changes resulting from changes to the contract for project co-financing concluded by the Employer;

3) changes in legal regulations affecting the performance of the subject of the contract;

4) extension of the deadlines for the implementation of individual obligations of the Contractor in the scope of control, in the event of delay in the presentation of data for inspection by any contractor of geodetic works subject to control, in the scope of those works to which the delay relates;

5) a change in the date of implementation of the subject of the Agreement in the event of a change in the date of implementation of contracts with contractors of geodetic works.
