2) The performance of the above activities takes place on the basis of Annex 1 and Annex 2 to the contract.

Supply of electricity to the building of the Administrative and Information Center in Legionowo at marsz. J. Piłsudskiego 41 05-120 Legionowo and to the Arena Legionowo building at 50B B. Chrobrego Street in Legionowo.

2. As part of the implementation of part A of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to notify PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Warsaw Branch with its seat in Warsaw at Marsa 95 Street and PKP Energetyka S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at Hoża 63/67, 00681 Warsaw of the implementation of the electricity sale agreement concluded with the Contractor;
3. The Contractor must have concluded and in force an agreement, the so-called General Distribution Agreement, with the local Distribution System Operator (hereinafter: DSO), on the basis of which it may sell electricity through the DSO distribution network to all the Ordering Party's facilities indicated in Annex 11A. The Ordering Party informs that 109 collection points (listed in the list of collection points - Annex 1 to the GK agreement) have concluded an agreement with PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Warsaw Branch with a seat in Warsaw at Marsa 95 Street, and for 2 collection points item 15 and item 16 (listed in the list of collection points - Annex No. 1 to the GK agreement, Table 2 Tariff Cxx and Gxx Other facilities) has concluded an agreement with PKP Energetyka S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at Hoża 63/67, 00681 Warsaw.
4. Currently, the supply of energy to the Ordering Party's facilities is provided by ENERGA Obrót S.A. Grunwaldzka 472 80-309 Gdańsk NIP 9570968370 under the electricity purchase agreement – the contract concluded until 31 December 2022.

7. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the contracting authority's electricity consumption point in the total estimated amount over a period of 12 months – 910,000 kWh (910 MWh).
