In the case of a new building, the above-mentioned existing buildings must be demolished and newly planned and erected. Accessibility must be ensured here. Furthermore, great value is placed on high energy efficiency, innovative concepts for heating and ventilation as well as sustainable and ecologically valuable execution of the building, for example with passive house components and green roofs and / or facades.
